**From April 6 - Airport arrival transfers cannot be guaranteed.

Queues on arrival and departure at Ben Gurion Airport can sometimes be very long.
Assistance at the airport ('fast track service') can be pre-booked with Ortra Ltd., the official DMC Partner of EPOS, to ease the process and make it faster.

Two different options of 'assistance and transfer' are available (through Ortra Ltd)

Airport assistance and shared transfers

Transfer on a sharing-basis from the airport to the official conference hotels available on Monday 1 April – Tuesday 2 April – Wednesday 3 April, and Saturday 6 June – Sunday 7 June.

If you book this service you will be met directly after passport control and escorted through the luggage pickup area to the awaiting transfer. The transfer
will then take you directly to your hotel.
Waiting time can be up to 50 minutes.

US$ 120.00 per person, return transfers (arrival and departure)
US$ 67.00 per person if one way only.

Private assistance and private VIP transfers

This service operates from the plane, where you will be greeted on landing at the end of the flight sleeve.
A representative will escort you all the way through passport control, luggage collection, directly to the awaiting car transfer and then on to your hotel.
There is no waiting time as the transfer is not shared.

Reservations for the above assistance and transfers are to be made through this website.
You must provide your final flight details using the "Tourist Services Booking" online form no later than 8 days prior to arrival.
Note: Additional stop in the city $20.00 ;
Standby per hour or part of it $50.00;

Cancellation Policy

Refund of payments made towards accommodation will be refunded if written notification reaches the Conference Secretariat, Ortra Ltd. as follows:

Cancellation received within 14 days from the date of registration (unless registration was made during the 7 days prior to the symposium) – Full refund
less 100 NIS handling fees.

If cancellation received 15 days or more from the date of registration refund will be made as follows:

  • Before March 03rd - Full refund with deduction of NIS 100 handling fee
  • From March 04th – 50% refundM
  • From March 24th – No refund

Confirmation will be sent on receipt of payment.
